SOFT WINDER BR AP High Density
The new BR SOFT WINDING AP winder is the result of the technological evolution of Tmart Corghi’s more than 50 years of experience in the textiles sector.

The market’s pressing demands for machines with ever-higher performance, ensuring return on investments in shorter and shorter times, have led us to revolutionise the traditional technology with mechanical and electronic features typical of high-precision automatic winders.

Increasingly high-precision tube-holder arm, with pneumatic control of the pressure on the package to ensure that the weight is always right as the diameter increases.

Tubes secured by means of tailstocks with axial spring to compensate for small or even large differences in tube quality, for constantly uniform winding. High-precision meter-counter to minimise the percentage error and produce constantly identical, uniform packages for effective, flawless dyeing, as well as the complete elimination of all end cones at the weaving stage. 100%-effective anti-ribboning: with the new “pattern free” technology, Corghi has ruled out absolutely all ribboning, guaranteeing a perfect package at the dyeing level, comparable with those produced on machines with high-precision electronic yarn guides.

Since the “pattern free” system successfully prevents all ribboning, the Corghi machine is able to produce high-density cones, thus increasing dyeing capacity with the same diameter.

The machine’s frame has been designed to make threading as easy as possible; the removal of all potentially damaging angle of deflection from the yarn’s route has done away with the peeling effect once and for all.

The use of anodised aluminium grooved drums at 2.5 rpm (other models available) is the ideal solution for a high-productivity machine, providing up to 1400 mt/min with soft packages of the very highest quality. Axial motion is an integral part of the system, producing perfect packages with rounded edges with no overlapping turns or differences in density at cone ends.
