Hank to cone winder model BR HC
he latest range of electronic hank to cone winders with grooved drum, series BR- HC with 6”- 8” and 10”traverse, has been specially designed for every winding requirement and to obtain a top quality end product.
Equipped with a soft-start device programmable by single head, allow winding of finest and softest yarns. Their operating speed, adjustable head by head, can reach 800 mt./min. In the BR- HC series the wide swift is suitable for hanks weighing over 2 kilos.
The compensation lever prevents the yarn from breaking when there are tangles and knots in the hanks, thus absorbing dangerous tension peaks.

In case of over tensioning, it causes the head and the swift to stop simultaneously, enabling the operator to remove the problem without damaging the yarn.

Tmart Corghi’s new ICL-IW series hank to cone winders can be used for winding from cone to cone.
The production of identical, uniform, well-waxed packages for weaving is ensured by rotating self cleaning tensioner, a counter-rotating waxing device with square hole wax ring, a mechanical slub-catcher with micrometric adjustment.

The modular design of the machine makes it possible to choose the best configuration according to the available space and the specific production needs.
They are also outstanding for their quiet running and simple, uncomplicated operation.

Electronic slub-catcher and electronic meter counters, travelling cleaners, splicers and other devices are available as optionals on all machines .
